MAG boxes authenticate through your device MAC address (format: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX) and our Portal URL.
Check the bottom label of your MAG box for the MAC address starting with 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX, or view it on screen in System Settings.
Power on your MAG box without the portal loading (or press Setup/Settings on remote), go to "Settings" > "System Settings".
Select "Servers" > "Portals". In "Portal 1 Name", enter "4KIVO". In "Portal 1 URL", enter the exact Portal URL provided in your activation message.
